Hi friends,
I'm excited to share this find: it's a object calendar binder (although the possibilities are endless). It was made by East Hartford Women's Club. Before I describe this great project, let's check out the pictures:
This binder has 6 pages. The pages are cardboard covered in nyloop. Nyloop can be tricky to find at first but once you find a local source, you are set! Nyloop is great because you can use a little velcro and objects stick right to it. The pictures show some ideas of what you can do. You can use it for matching activities, matching or sequencing. I like the idea of using it as a calendar box system. I recommend the binder idea for kids with multiple impairments. These binders are great because they are pretty durable, too.
